William Schrock

CEO

William has been building dreams for over four decades. Diversified in his business ventures, he is ultimately in the “people” business. Successful in business, family, and faith, William enjoys the process of getting to know you and hearing your wants, needs and desires. He then works closely with you to turn them into a reality that lasts a lifetime! William is very involved in the local community, supporting its growth and development, and is always there to donate his time and resources to serve those in need. He is passionate about his family and embraces a healthy living style encompassing mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. He enjoys deal making and mentoring, while finding relaxation in playing golf, traveling, hiking, and grilling meals to share with clients, family, and friends.

Rich Jessop

Partner/Vice President of Sales

Contracting has been a part of Rich’s life for as long as he’s been on the earth. From a very early age Rich spent days in his Dad’s window and door shop listening to client interactions and watching his dad work. After studying the sciences at university for several years he started his own business in finish carpentry and spent close to a decade installing cabinets and setting interior doors and trim.

It was a developing friendship with William Schrock and a desire to truly learn business that brought him to Schrock Roofing. His passion for problem solving, innovation, and his desire to learn has led him up to management and partnership in the business. He now calls Schrock Roofing his permanent home and feels honored to wake up every Monday morning pursuing his dream to solve problems, serve the community and grow a sustainable business. While he specializes in commercial roof restoration and membrane systems design he has become quite fond of the roofing trade as a whole.

Glen Byler

Partner/Steep Slope Operations Manager

Glen grew up in a small town in North Virginia called Catlett. He started his career in construction working summers with his father and brothers. He began roofing at the age of twentyone and has never looked back. Glen loves the outdoors, fishing and camping and especially bow hunting. He loves Montana for it’s natural beauty, awesome recreation opportunities and rural lifestyle.

Jesse Detweiler

Partner/Low Slope Operations Manager

Jesse is from a small town in Missouri and moved out west to Montana in 2016. He grew up around the construction industry and started in roofing when he was eighteen. Jesse builds and flies remote control planes. His favorite model is the A-10 Warthog. He loves the outdoors, particularly hiking, skiing, hunting wild mushrooms and spending summer days on the lake. Jesse likes Montana’s beautiful scenery and friendly people.
