She has specialized in helping small business owners maximize efficiency and has a natural talent for systemization and organization. Dulci enjoys reading, particularly researching genealogy and her family history. She is a sixth generation Montanan that loves her connection to the state and being able to experience the places that her ancestors built their lives.

Heidi has spent most of her professional life working in an office environment. Her experience includes sales, management, administration and dispatching. She thrives under pressure, loves interacting with people and helping them find solutions for their construction problems. Her interests include hiking, biking, gardening, oil painting, ancestry research and self-defense. Heidi loves Montana for the wide open country and small town values.
Chris Oliver
Lead Service Technician/Warehouse Manager
Chris has over twenty five years experience in the roofing industry. He first learned the trade installing tile in the hot Arizona sun. He is well versed in a range of roofing applications including tile, torch down, built-up, shingle, metal and single-ply. He is a skilled metal fabricator and manufactures all of our commercial trim in house.
Tate Etches
Service Manager/Marketing Coordinator
Tate’s professional experience includes video production, hospitality and retail management. He has five years experience in the roofing industry and specializes in commercial single-ply. Tate enjoys solving complex roofing problems and delivering exceptional customer service. He loves fly fishing, catching small trout seems to be his forte. Tate loves Montana for it’s beauty, recreation and access to nature.
