They had received a grant for the materials and the Trapper Creek Job Corp donated the labor. At roughly 28,000 square feet of roof covering five separate buildings, it&#8217;s one of the most extensive and most complex restorations we have ever done. After addressing some saturated areas revealed by our Infrared Drone images, we were able to install a sustainable, recoatable, fully reinforced spray-in-place membrane at roughly half the cost of a new roof system.<\/p>\n<div class=\"videocontainerfull\"><iframe class=\"videosize\" title=\"Schrock Roofing - Featured Project - 2023\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/--mb1iUPgrk\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<div class=\"photogallery\">ngg_shortcode_1_placeholder<\/div>\n<h2>Missoula Alliance Church<\/h2>\n<p>Missoula Alliance Church was one of our recent reroof projects Schrock Roofing completed in the summer of 2020. It is a historic Missoula church located in the south hills overlooking the city. The roof is 28,260 sf with both pitched and <a href=\"https:\/\/schrockroof.com\/connect\/residential\/low-slope\/\">flat roof<\/a> sections. We had previously done some leak repairs on the flat section and there had been leaks from ice damming on the shingle eaves. We used Malarkey shingles and 60 mil Carlisle TPO membrane. It is 97,000 sf roof that had a failing Stephens EP membrane. The Stephens membrane is known for rapidly decaying in the later years of roof life. This roof had been progressively failing for five years. We did some temporary coating repairs to stop leaks and prolong the roof life. The client opted to replace the membrane with an 80 mil PVC membrane manufactured by IB. We installed the new membrane, new parapet cap and replaced any damaged or wet coverboard.
